Choose an individual session or one of our pricing packages. Payment locks in a session with any advisor chosen. After payment, your advisor is notified and will confirm your appointment by email. If any advisor requests to cancel or is a no show, you will receive the opportunity to change a booking to the suggested date/time, reschedule with another advisor, or receive a full refund.

Additionally, a health expert can be beneficial to obese individuals who want to lose weight–those who received health coaching consumed nearly 150 fewer calories/day after six months of sessions.
